CICG is a Joint Venture between TouchStone Capital Group Limited (TouchStone) and its leading industry partners along with GAMA Holding A.Ş. (GAMA). As a JV, we aim to develop strategic partnerships to fund, manage and oversee several projects. CICG uses TouchStone’s financial expertise along with GAMA contracting team’s expertise to establish an international platform to invest in and execute worldwide infrastructure projects.

With the expertise of CICG, we would like to deliver large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects as well as Public Private Partnership (PPP) concession projects around the world. Also, our goal is to invest in renewable and green energy projects in order to sustainably grow our global assets.

Completed Projects

Over the past 60 years, GAMA Holding, has completed a variety of contracting projects involving industrial facilities, turnkey and renovation of power plants, pipeline construction, infrastructure facilities including the manufacture and installation, construction of high-rise buildings, commercial centers, and residential complexes.

GAMA Holding, which has the flexibility and ability to serve in diverse cultural, social, and geographic settings throughout the world has grown into a global brand with more than 400 large-scale projects internationally, in more than 25 countries from Ireland in the West to Sakhalin Island Russia in the East.

On several occasions, GAMA Holding, has been awarded certificates and plaques from customers, professional organizations, and state authorities because of GAMA’s successful completion of projects with excellence including high performance, high throughput, and loss-free workdays.

Ongoing Projects

In 2019, with a workforce of 9,000 employees in 9 countries including Turkey, GAMA Holding Companies have been engaged in carrying out projects valued at a total of 3.02 billion dollars.



GAMA Enerji was established in 2002 based on the strong foundation of GAMA Holding, and since that time has become a leading business development and investment company operating on both local and international platforms in the fields of energy and water infrastructure.

The total installed capacity of the Company’s affiliates and subsidiaries licenses in Turkey is 1,101.8 MW (1,066.2 MW corresponding to the shares). The total water supply capacity is 100 million m3/year. GAMA Enerji shareholders are GAMA Holding A.Ş., which owns 50.5% of the shares, Global Power Enerji Sanayi & Ticaret A.Ş. which owns 30% of the shares, International Finance Corporation which has a 14.5% share, and IFC GIF Holding I Coöperatief U.A which owns 5% of the shares.

GAMA Enerji carries out its activities in all investments with the utmost attention to the environment and human health, beyond even the legal requirements. With its mission of corporate social responsibility awareness, it establishes close relationships with local communities throughout the construction and operation period of its investments. In regions where it operates, it supports the local community in accordance with their identified social needs.

Healthcare Concessions

GAMA Holding’s Public Private Partnership investment activities cover both domestic and overseas transportation, hospital, and other PPP projects. Within this scope, tenders for the Izmir Bayraklı and Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus, which were introduced by the Health Investment General Directorate of the Turkish Ministry of Health as the first examples of the Public Private Partnership – PPP System, were entrusted in 2012 and project agreements were signed in 2014.

The ongoing Izmir Bayraklı (with 2060 beds) and Kocaeli (with 1180 beds) hospital projects will be among the top 5 largest hospitals in Turkey out of the 33 that are currently under construction. Within the framework of the agreements, hospitals will be operated by the investor partnership for 25 years following the turnkey delivery. The total investment cost of the two hospitals is approximately 1.2 billion Euros.
